The Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie in Lyon is a place of innovation, transmission and learning about eating well.
This sanctuary of good taste and nutrition is a key step to learn more about Lyon's gastronomy and also to learn how to eat well in order to preserve your health. A place at the crossroads between tradition and innovation, such as the discovery of Paul Bocuse's famous piano on which so many of the great chef's tasty recipes were simmered.
