The challenge of this project was to propose different visiting postures in order to maintain the visitor’s attention sequence by sequence, combining interactive participation and contemplation.

The first room presents the three terroirs of Vinovalie (Gaillac, Fronton, Cahors) each with its geological and pedagogical specificities. The testimonies of professionals (oenologist and geologist) enlighten us on the research that is carried out in viticulture and viniculture but also on the elaboration of wines.

After the brands are highlighted, the visitor discovers the bottling plant in operation from the visiting footbridge. The guardrail is equipped with a turntable integrating touch screens and graphics presenting the stages of bottling. In the last room, the oenotheque is inclined at 13 degrees, a note of humor referring to the wine.
The aim here is to refocus the visitor on his or her own sensations, to offer intimate sensory experiences and to put the visitor in a position to appreciate the tasting. The visitor discovers food and wine pairings and is introduced to oenology.

Various testimonies of the actors of the professions of the vine and the wine come to punctuate the course while associating interactive participations to it.
